Small Business Network

North York Central Library is hosting an ongoing Small Business Network, meant for small businesspeople or people who are just thinking about starting their own business. For this session, we are meet Ara Ehamparam and Thaves Poonampalam, co-founders of Menyou.

Menyou is a leading-edge technology solution (featured on CTV & The Toronto Star) that places an on-demand interactive, ordering experience at your finger tips. You are no longer just a guest, you are in charge of your dining experience. Menyou also provides hospitality businesses with the ability to optimize operations, access rich data sets on their clientele through a robust analytics platform and delivers new insights on increasing sales and reducing costs.

They will share their journey from becoming young passionate entrepreneurs. They will discuss their major influences, key challenges, and critical points in their business that helped them stay business- driven and positive.

If you have a small business, here you can find out from your peers the kind of services they offer, and talk to them about their experiences. Bring your business cards!

If you are just thinking about starting a small business or in the process of doing so, this network is for you too. Learn from others, share your own experiences, and soak in the collective wisdom of the group.

The actual small business owner will be at the table to share real life stories about starting and running a small business in Toronto.

Session will be held in the Large Study Room (Teen Zone). This program is Free. Registration is required. Please contact 416-395-5613 to register.
