SHIFT25 is a celebration of youth and innovation in Canada and around the world powered by Youth Challenge International YCI!

YCI is a global youth innovation organization based in Toronto. We transform conversations about youth and innovation into real solutions that inspire young people to realize meaningful employment and overcome the challenges they face. To mark YCIs 25th anniversary and a major shift in our mission, we are hosting SHIFT25 to bring 200 young people, global changemakers and influential partners together for an interactive evening exploring the creative ways that youth propel themselves forwards.

YCI is proud of the impact we have had on youth over the past 25 years, and are excited for the next phase of our journey. We have always been focused on youth development, but the challenges young people face today are increasingly complex and require more creative and innovative approaches to overcome.YCI is transforming our approach to better address these challenges, and SHIFT25 will be an opportunity to launch this new approach while recognizing those who have gotten us to this point.
