Aga Khan Museum Auditorium
Tickets: $45, $65, $75
Routes of Andalusia, featuring singing sensations Mor Karbasi and Roula Said, takes audiences on a musical journey through a golden age of cultural collaboration to the here-and-now of present-day Toronto. Combining original music with a repertoire of traditional music from the Southern half of the Iberian Peninsula, Routes of Andalusia demonstrates a masterful blending of styles and epochs from 9th-century Arabic Muwashahat and Jewish Ladino songs to Roma and Afro-Cuban forms.
