Queering Black History Month

QUEERING BLACK HISTORY MONTH IS BACK FOR ITS FOURTH YEAR!!

Friends! Comrades!

We are very excited by the 4th Annual Queering Black History Month event on Friday February 28th, 2014! We are delighted to invite you to this evening of queer black history, wine and fabulous food.

We have a very special guest this year from the United States who will be sharing space with some incredible Toronto-based activists and academics.

As always, Queering Black History Month aspires to re-insert the lives, experiences and achievements of queer and trans African, Black and Caribbean people. Its a time for us to reflect, celebrate, honour and complicate all the magic that is cultivated in our various communities.

I hope all of you will join us again for an even bigger event this year! Entertainment will be announced soon, courtesy of the fabulous folks at Write On! Open Mic Nite Series.

You wont want to miss this incredible coming together! It promises to be a quite extraordinary evening!
