Our skilled instructors will teach you the secrets of creating perfect macarons that will impress even your harshest critics! This class will give students the skills and confidence needed to successfully create these trendy treats at home!

STUDENTS WILL LEARN HOW TO:

Make and bake a variety of stable bases including French, Italian and Swiss meringue.

Create a range of fillings including milk chocolate hazelnut ganache, sea salted caramel and preserves.

Fill, assemble and dust with colours to create a unique finish.

Students will take home a selection of beautiful macarons made in class.

STUDENTS MUST WEAR:

Flat closed hard toe shoes

Apron

Note: For all baking classes students must tie hair back.
