Eclectic Rock Soul band OzGoode is pleased to announce the Christmas Wishes concert benefiting Make-A-Wish® Toronto & Central Ontario, taking place at Revival Bar in Toronto on December 17, 2014. Joining OzGoode will be hip hop artist David Smith and Country artist Gina Horswood with special guest host comedian Julia Hladkowicz.

Jamaican born and Calgary & New York raised Patrick Phillips from OzGoode has a personal reason for choosing Make-A-Wish® as the event’s benefiting charity. “My son was born unable to breathe on his own so he lived in a baby incubator for the first month of his life,” recalls Phillips. “Our only contact with him was through the gloves built into the incubator. Make-A-Wish is my way of saying thank you to the wonderful people that take care of these kids and helping their wishes/dreams come true.”

OzGoode has recently released the single and video “Save Me” off of the upcoming EP Beginnings which will be released in conjunction with Universal Music and Attack Media Group. The video was directed by guitarist Joseph Pittari and features the bands beautiful and charismatic lead vocalist Yolanda Campbell. OzGoode is looking forward to performing songs from Beginnings at the Christmas Wishes show in celebration of the EP release. Release Date: TBC

“I think people should come out to first help raise money for these kids because as simple as these wishes may be, the organization needs the funding,” says Phillips. “As a thank you, all of us performers promise an awesome night of music and comedy.”
