Orgasmic Yoga at the Awaken Studio
This energy exploration will focus on building and expanding exploration through conscious self touch exploring a path to orgasmic energy. Techniques that explore a full bodied experience of orgasm that might or might not include ejaculation. The focus of this class will lead to information that could connect heart energy of the fourth chakra to the energies of sex centered in the second chakra.
Techniques and practices explored will include: breathing, movements, sounds and touching.
At this class there is NUDITY, there is personal touch however there is no shared or mutual touch.
The Orgasmic Yoga sessions at the Awake Studio are held on Thursday Evenings from 8-9:30. The Awaken Studio is located at: 270 Carlaw Ave Unit 102. This is a quiet, warm and private space to make discoveries and deepen our practice. There is a washroom onsite.
These classes are offered weekly. From September 18, 2014
There are currently no practices scheduled over the winter holiday December 25 and January 1.
Drop-In attendance is welcomed and encouraged.
Ten week segments are sold at a reduced rate.

Participants are welcome to drop in to a class to try the practice out by attending a single class.
There are a limited number of spaces available in each class so notice of your attendance is encouraged. If you would like to attend please let Phillip know as soon as possible.
