Opre Roma/Rise Up Roma, a festival of Romani arts and culture, will be held in Toronto on Tuesday April 7 to Sunday April 12, 2015 in celebration of International Roma Day. Organized by the Roma Community Centre, this will be the first festival of this magnitude for the Toronto Roma community. We hope you will join us for music, visual arts, storytelling, and youth performances. Events will be held in several locations throughout the west end of the city. There is a concert featuring Robi Botos, The Gypsy Rebel Band, and Romanyi Rota Band for only $20. All other events are FREE!
