Music Tech MeetUp: Round 6

We are excited to announce our next Music Technology Event (Round Six)! This time we have partnered with Ryerson University's Music Den to "lift the curtains" on the music industry and shine light on the misconceptions surrounding the business of making and selling music.

As usual, attending the event is free. Pizza, snacks, and drinks, will also be served---all free of charge (which is why you need to RSVP to the event).

About our speakers and the event agenda:

Our featured presentation will be given by Steven Ehrlick and Noah Schwartz, both from Ryerson's Music Den.

Talk title: A Music Industry Primer for Tech

Steven and Noah will explore the relationship between product, market, and "fit" in the music industry. They will also address market misconceptions (what does tech need to know about artist communities, musicians and music rights?) and product misconceptions (who is your customer? A discussion about musicians, amateur and professional).

A short Q&A session will follow the presentation, so have your questions ready!
