MOCCA’s new exhibition Vera Frenkel: Ways of Telling includes the significant work “…from the Transit Bar“, a video installation in the form of a fully functioning piano bar.

In the spirit of ‘spirits’, MOCCA invites you to a wine-tasting workshop with Krystina Roman of Rosewood Estates. Krystina will lead us through a ‘Blind Tasting 101′ and an introduction to becoming a ‘Master Sommelier’. She will discuss the tricks and tips that wine professionals use to identify the quality of a wine using four different wine styles: dry, oak-aged, light and heavy bodied.

Rosewood Estates is located in the heart of the Niagara wine region. Since 2008, they have created distinctive vineyard-inspired wines, natural honey and, as Niagara’s first winery-meadery, handcrafted meads. In 2012, Rosewood wines were awarded 16 medals and ranked 14th overall in Canada.
