The joyous spirit of piano-playing pop singer/songwriter Mike Evin pulses through his music, uplifting and soulful. Drawing from influences as varied as Ben Folds and Michael Jackson, Evins piano-fueled songs weave hook-laden melodies, playful vocals, and driving grooves, creating danceable pop gems and hopeful musings on life and love. This Musideum show will showcase stripped-down versions of Mike's new songs as well as older favourites. Joining Mike is Ian Mackay Basia Bulat on drums and harmonies.
