About the theme:

Desires are the gas that fuel the fire of our motivations and pursuits. They are our drivers, leading us in our quest for satisfaction and fulfillment. They can empower us to do virtually anything!

Why is it, though, that though we ride the wave of daily endeavour for satisfaction, working so hard to get our way, we end up either having to act to fulfill someone else's plan, or just plain lost or disappointed?

Society propagates that satisfaction lies in its best offerings -- clubs, bars, restaurants, movies, candy, Starbucks, Apple products. . . you name it. -- and we buy into that. However, without fail, we experience the disappointment brought to us by the flickering happiness we find in the latest iPhone, the best burger, the best film, and so on.

So we continue our search, thinking that perhaps it is in the next advertised item, activity, etc. that we can find satisfaction.

Where IS IT that ultimate satisfaction lies!?

Could it be that though we constantly look outward, it might turn up when we look in?
