Join Southbrook Vineyards for the International Cool Climate Chardonnay weekend celebration in stunning Niagara vineyards. Hosts/owners Bill and Marilyn Redelmeier will host eight colleagues, all cool climate winemakers from Ontario, British Columbia, Oregon, California and Argentina, who will set up in Southbrook’s stunning LEED® hospitality pavilion. Strolling from station to station, guests are invited to taste, talk and learn about climate, site, vintage and craft. Light fare will be offered from artisanal producers such as Pingue Prosciutto and Monforte Dairy, along with regional, seasonal delights from our Bistro, which will also be open for à la carte lunch service.
