Holiday Mealshare at Hawthorne Food & Drink with Toronto Common
Hawthorne Food & Drink will be partnering with Toronto Common to offer a holiday meal share that shares at the table and shares with the community through Mealshare, a non-profit organization that will provide one meal for every ticket sold through PARC and Save the Children.
Hawthorne itself is a non-profit dedicated to training entrants in the hospitality industry as well as being a LEED certified establishment with a focus on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
Our holiday mealshare will include a family-style tasting for $35 tax & tip included once a month in November, December and January featuring
Local and Seasonal Soup served with a Petit Grilled Cheese Slider
Bone Marrow Brussels in Marrow Butter and Bacon-Herb Panko
P.E.I Mussels in butter, broth and served with Grilled Bread
Chicken Duo with Chicken Confit and Roasted Glazed Chicken Breast with House Bannock
Pressed Pork Belly with Charred Bok Choy, Cilantro Gremolata, and Radish
House Pickles
House Soda
Plus optional $6 house red, white or pint of Steam Whistle.

Hawthorne Food & Drink is the enterprise arm of the Hospitality Workers Training Centre.
The HWTC is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to training entrants and current workers for employment in the hospitality industry.
Located in a Gold LEED certified complex with a commitment to the community and environment, including local and seasonal choices with a preference to sustainable growth.
All tickets must be purchased online before 11pm Monday, November 24th, 2014.
No tickets will be available at the door.
Minimum attendance: 6 people
Maximum attendance: 12 people
Guests should arrive 5 minutes prior to event to check-in.
Tickets must be presented (printed or electronically) to check-in.
Each ticket is a unique one-time use code and cannot be shared.
This is a communal event, guests will be seated with other guests.
