Do you love indie film? Do you love Western, horror and fantasy? Then it's time to party like a Necroslinger! Join us for an evening of celebration as we head into the TOP 15 voting round of the CineCoup Film Accelerator. The team behind The Necroslinger will be there to share more about the vision behind the film, and answer any questions you may have. This will be a multi-media event with lots of great Necroslinger info to "shoot" your way...
The Necroslinger is a Western/horror/fantasy concept film by award-winning indie filmmaker King-Pin Lei. It is entered in the CineCoup Film Accelerator – a program that will give one indie filmmaking team $1 million in production financing to make their film AND a national release in Cineplex theatres! It's kind of like Canadian Idol for indie filmmakers! The public votes their favourite projects through several rounds of voting. The Necroslinger has been voted into the TOP 60 and is now in the TOP 30, with the TOP 15 voting window taking place May 4 at 9 p.m. to May 8 at 9 p.m. Later this month, the public will vote again for the TOP 5, and CineCoup will determine the winner from the five finalists.
