HAMLET presented by Bard in the Park

Pack a picnic blanket, throw some lawn chairs in the trunk, hide your wine in a thermos and head down to Kew Gardens to watch this theatrical masterpiece under the stars. This year Bard in the Park, now in it's 11th season, has decided to throw caution (as well as common sense) to the wind and mount Shakespeare's most iconic play.

To manage this task, we've taken advice from Polonius himself who said, "Brevity is the very soul of wit" and cut the play down from its original four hour running time down to just over two, losing superfluous characters - sorry to fans of Gravedigger #2 - and keeping focus on the troubled prince of Denmark.

The best part: You pay whatever you want. We'd love your money but we'd love your company more.
