We are inundated by the press about major Internet outages on a weekly basis. These outages from Amazon, Google, Microsoft and others are well documented. What flows beneath the radar are the more prosaic outages that permeate the Internet. Micro-outages are numerous - and are anathema to performance. In this data driven talk we will discuss where/why they occur.
