Essencia Art Collective, in collaboration with CSSP, created the mural to address discrimination based on sexual orientation. Based in Toronto, the collective, with members from six continents, expresses a global perspective. For four years, Freedom Fridayz has given youths the opportunity to share their artistic talents and create a welcoming, positive space in the Jane and Finch community.
