Join me for a free 60 minute energetic yoga flow class to celebrate the opening of the new lululemon store at Queen St. just west of Peter! Their brand spankin' new third level space, "the attic", is a beautiful studio aimed to build community and connection through yoga and #thesweatlife.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and meet me at the front of the store. Bring your mat, and perhaps a long-sleeve cover up as the space can get a little cool with the air conditioning this season :)

The class is first come first serve and will be a little bit sweaty, a little bit intense, and a whole lot of bliss.
