Legendary New York-based hip hop artists Pete Rock & CL Smooth will be headlining the inaugural Blowout Festival, hosted by Michie Mee performances by Saukrates, Korexion, Blessed, Ammoye, MORE...presented by Toronto not-for-profit organization, Nia Centre for the Arts this summer.

Day 1 - Join us on the road @ Peeks Toronto Caribbean Carnival Grand Parade on Saturday, August 5;

Day 2 - Blowout Symposium on Sunday, August 6 at Toronto Centre for the Arts, and the festival will conclude on

Day 3 - Monday, August 7 with the Blowout Blocko at Earl Bales Park. Pete Rock & CL Smooth will speak at

Pete Rock & CL Smooth will speak at Sundays Symposium, and perform at Mondays Blocko.

The Blowout Blocko is a part of the Arts in the Parks initiative. Arts in the Parks is a new initiative of the Toronto Arts Foundation and the Toronto Arts Council, being presented in partnership with the City of Toronto and Park People.
