Free Admission to the ROM

Join us on Tuesday, December 12 for a landmark celebration as we reopen our heritage Weston Entrance on Queen’s Park.

Following a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on the Queen’s Park steps of the ROM in the morning, the Weston doors will be thrown open to welcome all visitors at noon.

The ROM’s record-breaking attendance of over 1.35 million visitors over the past year underscores the important and growing role cultural institutions play in our community. The opening of the Weston Entrance provides an additional way into the Museum and allows us to welcome more visitors from Canada and around the world. Opening the doors of the Museum wider underscores our commitment to create an even deeper connection with our City and our communities. To mark this historic milestone, on December 12, we’re celebrating with free general admission to the Museum throughout the day – please join us.
