1. I will teach how to make the stuffing which including 2 types like pork, cabbages and shrimp, leek

2. Students can learn different ways to wrap a good looking dumping

3. Also will cook the dumping in 3 ways like steam, pan sear, boil.

4. The stuffing also can stuffed in vegetables, Daikon, eggplant, bell pepper.

About Chef Tim:

Tim is a foodie connoisseur who was born in Canton (China) and has developed this passion for food since his childhood days when he used to love to go to the farmer's market with his mom.

An experience which allowed him to hone his food sneses at an early age and allowed him to later develop a solid cooking career. A career which involved him being trained by Michelin and popular chefs from famous restaruants all over the world. It was with this kind of training that allowed him to showcase and share his love for food, by giving him the chance to work in many famous hotels and restaurants (i.e.The Marriott, Shangri-la, King Edward, Buca, Lee, O&B, Carmens Steakhouse) in differnet regions of the globe( i.e. Canton, HK, Toronto).

Such worldly travels and experiences has also given him the fortunate chance to meet and make many friends abroad. Friends which gave him the opportunity to show case his love for food to each and everyone of them which stepped in his cooking path (such as the times when he hosted several catering parties while in HK and Toronto with upwards of 30 to 40 people). This passion fo food , combined with his want to share such knowledge with friends and strangers alike turned out to be one of his happiest passions in his life.

Tim is the consummate friend, Tim is the great lover of food. Tim is a great Chef.
