On June 7 we will come together to practice various personal development and communication tools and possibly create new friendships or deepen the ones we already have..

100 in 1 day is a citizen-driven festival that will unite people across the city on 7th of June to make Toronto a better place by creating acts of urban change interventions.

The program is following:

10.30am Meeting at High Park South West Corner of Bloor street and Colborne Lodge Dr.

Choosing a place in the Park area close to Bloor Street you can find it by 100 IN 1 DAY signs

11am 12pm Yoga practice with Andrea Bussinger accompanied with music on Crystal Bowls by Darren Austin Hall

12pm 1pm Meeting, Connecting, Water and Snack

1pm 2pm Shaking and Laughing with Sanjay

2pm 2.30pm Break for a lunch or a snack

2.30pm 3.30pm Exploring Friendship with Nijen

3.30pm 4pm Break, Resting and Relaxing

4pm 5pm Contact Improvisation Dance with Michael Haltrecht and Pablo Perez

After 5pm - You are free to stay, dance and enjoy your time
