Hailing from Thailands southern region, Flim has for the past fifteen years been passionately contributing to the global techno community, bringing his high-energy performances and abstract energetic productions to dance-floors throughout the world.

Trained originally as a rock drummer, Flim became attracted to the tribal sounds of techno early on, and could soon be found deejaying in venues throughout the infamous southern islands of Koh-Samui and Koh-Panghan. His infectious and energetic performances proved addictive, leading to residencies at Thailands world-renowned Full Moon, Black Moon, and Half Moon parties. After relocating to the epicenter of electronic music in Canada Toronto, he founded Blackmoon Productions, making his name synonymous with Canadas free tekno scene thanks to his memorable squat parties and deep talent for keeping dance-floors moving. Before long, Flim was gracing premier electronic clubs such as Montreals Circus, and Torontos Circa, as well as top tier Canadian festivals such as WEMF, and the Eclipse Festival.

In the studio, Flim was also building an international fan base. Quietly perfecting his production technique, he joined the roster of Henry Cullen & Pattrixs stripped down UK label Mutate to Survive, for the release of his first EP, Killing It. A year later, Flim continued with the release of the EP, New Planet, again on Mutate to Survive. Quickly gaining traction in the international electronic community, New Planet was featured in Frances renowned music magazine Tsugi, it appeared on French artists The Hackers Top 10 Chart, and cracked Beatports the Top 50 globally.

Building on this success, Flim teamed up with Torontos Jane Void to produce the unusual sounding minimal floor grinder, Press My Button. Featuring Voids distorted vocals, the track originally aired on French national radio Oui FM, and has since been hitting dance-floors worldwide.

Behind the decks, Flim has become renowned for bringing the energy, charisma and sound that only a seasoned producer and deejay can. From dark vibes and slamming beats, to rolling climaxes and funky grooves, Flim perfectly blends his original production tracks with other ground breaking techno, making his international performances a must see event that will keep people talking long after the music has stopped.

Measure Divide is the solo project of music producer Fahad Ahmad who is better known to us as one half of techno powerhouse duo Subfractal. After working for several years pushing the envelope of Techno under the Subfractal moniker, he decided to start a new platform for his own expression. His commitment to finding new and innovative techniques to produce groundbreaking techno led him to start this project.

After hearing his productions it comes without a doubt that Measure Divide is his channel to satisfy his thirst for earth shattering, industrial-infused edgier techno. The distorted sound design, rumbling low- end and large fluxes of synths are essential to his sound and are showcased in his productions.

In 2013, he founded an events brand under the name of Format in order to showcase forward thinking international artists and help mould the future sound of Toronto. He is currently releasing music under various guises some of which have been released to the public while the others remain unknown

DJ Pauze - Hardsignal Recordings, Hydraulix, Fine Audio

http://www.facebook.com/pauzemusic

For over 21 years, Pauze has been crafting his technique. Starting out in Torontos dark, dingy afterhours, he got an early start at 16. From only observation of Toronto locals and hours of training, Pauze quickly made a name for himself in the rave scene. Quality track selection and precise mixing was his key to success, he states. Vinyl mixing also helped shape the DJ into what he is today.

During the next few years of playing clubs and raves in Toronto, he decided to move shop to Brazil, where he started Hardsignal Recordings and continued to play various open air festivals. After 2 years he made a difficult decision to pack up and move back to Canada.

This wasnt the end of the road though as Pauze changed up his style and continued to pack clubs in his hometown as well as produce. Today, Pauze can still be found playing amazing venues across his hometown and other countries. He plays/produces both techno and house which allows him to be diverse in such a tough industry.

He will continue to push his sound and mixing technique to bring underground music to as many minds as he can, worldwide.
