Drum circles have been proven to relieve stress, boost moods, increase creativity, concentration and confidence as well as being a fun, pressure free mode of self-expression. It is a extremely accessible art form that requires no previous musical experience to enjoy these benefits.

In this 4 week series, participants will learn basic hand drumming technique and play many games to explore the fundamentals of the “musical team sport“ of drum circle drumming: call and response, improvisation, creating layers and rhythms.
