We're celebrating this year's theme, Secrets and Spirits...Exploring the Mystery Behind the Door, with our 20th anniversary exhibition If These Walls Could Talk: The Ongoing Story of 401 Richmond, presented at the Urbanspace Gallery.

Galleries + Shops: Musideum, Swipe Design Books + Objects, Abbozzo Gallery, Open Studio, The Red Head Gallery, and Gallery 44 (including their darkrooms) will be open all weekend.

Guided Tours: Historic + Architectural Tour: Saturday + Sunday, 1:00 pm

Exhibition Tour with William Huffman: Sunday, 2:00 - 4:00 pm (with a stop at our Lemonade Stand). Register for your free tickets on Eventbrite

Meet the Gardener: Our award-winning Roof Garden will also be open and visitors can meet the gardener, Mike Moody, at 1:45 pm each day. Plus, a sneek peek of our new urban agriculture project with farmer Katherine Bravo.

Spring Market: showcasing Prints, Photography, Magazines, Textiles, Dance, Toys, Musical Instruments, Art, Design, and Interactive Activities, from our tenant community.
