Nella Cucina is proud to be hosting the Discovered Culinary Competition for its third year running. The Discovered Chefs contest will continue to give up-and-coming Canadian chefs the opportunity to showcase their culinary talents as they work against the clock in a high energy, black box competition. Bringing fresh talent together with industry leaders, the Discovered Chefs challenge will be held Monday nights at Nella Cucina. This dynamic and fast paced event attracts a wide range of individuals from the food and restaurant industry over its four month run. Start date is February 23rd, 2015.

After its four month run, we will be sending the winner on an all-expenses-paid trip to Spain for a two week long stage in a Michelin star restaurant!
