So over the years Ive been a dancer of music. But my dance training is from the heart and soul of who I am

My dance comes influence comes from everyone and everything around me. This workshop is gonna take a deeper look at music, emotion, freedom of movement with dance. and a look at why our bodies do what it does to different types of music.

ALL skill levels can attend. This not about learning a routine. This about connection to music through movement. Taking a deeper approach to how we hear and feel and express ourselves.
