About the Designers:
The ASHTIANI collection can best be described as a modernistic and clean-cut take on design inspired by the classic era. The focus of the brand is on precision cutting and its impeccable tailoring and intriguing silhouettes in a wholly original colour palette and fabric combinations.
A graduate of London College of Fashion, Golnaz Ashtiani apprenticed with several design houses in London before returning to Toronto. Ashtiani is fascinated by classically inspired themes with a modern take with strong lines and expressive colour palette.
PEACH BERSERK is a funky fabulous fabric and fashion design company located in the still cool and grimy part of Queen St West, Toronto, with a focus on silkscreening and fun patterns.
Their mission is to create amazing colourful one of a kind clothes that are fun and sexy to wear, and to make shopping fun. PB makes everything in-house; from designing the prints, making the silkscreens, printing the fabric and designing, cutting and making the clothes! Often, the fabric is dyed before printing and hand painted after, making every piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
