Be a witness to a dynamic display of culinary arts at Delta Meadowvale’s Chef Wars competition to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity Mississauga on Wednesday, October 1, 2014. Guests will dine on a gourmet five course menu inspired by Delta Meadowvale’s Executive Chef Andrew Nelson and Elliott House Restaurant and Chef School’s Head Chef and Instructor Terry Port. The chefs will entertain guests with a live cooking experience in which a secret ingredient will be revealed and incorporated in each course. A panel of judges will evaluate each dish on presentation, taste, and creativity.
