Coup de coeur francophone

The Coup de coeur francophone, music festival that celebrate the french language in nearly 35 canadian cities, is back in Toronto ! The CFT has concocted a tempting program.

After a few years as backup singers on the road, it was by chance and for fun that the duo les Soeurs Boulay began to exist. Their debut album Le poids des confettis earned them two Felix awards for Newcomer of the Year and Folk Album of the Year in 2013. The Hay Babies, meanwhile, met in a song contest in New Brunswick and decided to form a three-voice group. Their songs tell stories where reality and fantasy intertwine very closely.

Cost: $15 (students) / $20 (general public)
