Comedy Uncovered Presents: TURNED! A Horror Improv Showcase

We’re doing something that’s never been done before: TURNED!, a horror improv comedy show, is happening across both stages at Comedy Bar–at the same time! (cue “dun-Dun-Duuun”).

We’re proud to present an ensemble show of some of the greatest improvisors in Toronto. Featuring Pat Thornton (Comedy Network, CTV, our video interview), Sean Tabares (CCA nominee, BDRT), Alana Johnston (UCB, This Hour has 22 Minutes, CCA Winner), HipBang!’s Tom Hill (Del Close Marathon), Freddie Rivas (Rapp Battlez, JFL42), Ken Hall, (2-MAN NO-SHOW), Lisa Merchant (Second City), and many more surprise guests!

TURNED! is a zombie apocalypse improv show where a group of improvisors are trapped just as the outbreak has reached it’s tipping point– and everybody has to find out what they’re really made of. To make matters more interesting (and worse!), one of the characters is doomed to be TURNED! before the show is through, but only the audience knows who it will be from the beginning! Created from the braaaaains of comedic heavyweight Sean Tabares.

If you’re new to comedy in the city, we’ll emphasize that this is a huge improv line-up! Be there!

When: Saturday, October 25th, 9:30pm.

Where: Comedy Bar, both stages! 945 Bloor St. West
