Beatles historian Mark Lewisohn introduces a screening of The Fab Four’s first movie, A Hard Day’s Night, which premiered in Toronto 50 years ago this summer at the Parkdale Theatre on Queen, just east of Roncesvalles.

Mark, considered the world’s leading authority on Beatles history, is visiting Canada for the first time, and his presentation at The Revue will be his only public appearance in this country. He will be on hand to sign copies of his latest Beatles opus: Tune In.

He will also take part in a Q&A following the screening of the remastered version of the Beatles classic. Mark is visiting from Hertfordshire, just north of London, where he makes his home.

We will also be showing rare footage of the Beatles’ first visit to Toronto in 1964,

Test your Fab Four knowledge and win prizes in a Trivia Quiz, that will challenge even hard-core fans.

The event will be licensed. Get in the mood with live Beatles music.
