Celebrate the 27th Dragon Ball

The 27th Dragon Ball, the annual benefit gala for Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation. Presented by BMO Financial Group, the 2016 Dragon Ball is one of the largest high-profile galas in North America celebrating Chinese New Year, making regular appearances on BizBash’s Top 100 lists.

Throughout the evening, patrons will be greeted with a variety of exquisite cuisine in addition to the four-course dinner. The gala will feature the dance-drama performance of the legend “Journey to the West” (The Monkey King) to celebrate the Year of the Monkey, the phenomenal Chinese folk dance “Qing Hua Ci” and more than a hundred exceptional silent and live auction items. In addition, Wendy Zheng (鄭嘉嘉), a young and talented Hong Kong singer-songwriter, will be the guest performer at the gala.

The funds raised will support the high quality, culturally-appropriate care and services provided by Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care to seniors of different backgrounds and communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Yee Hong helps seniors lead dignified, independent and fulfilling lives through their long-term care homes (in Scarborough, Markham and Mississauga), senior housing and a range of community programs and medical services. Yee Hong serves 3,000 seniors across the GTA on a daily basis and fulfills 200,000 service requests every year.

Dragon Ball benefactor tickets are priced at $600 each; supporter tickets are priced at $480. Please contact Katherine Hui (416- 321-0777 ext. 1812) or visit www.yeehongdragonball.org for further information.
