Brave T.O. is a new breed of obstacle course inspired by our city’s courageous first responders. This is your chance to tackle the fiercest challenges faced by Toronto’s police, paramedics, and firefighters — and help support life-saving care at The Scarborough Hospital.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

All our course obstacles are inspired by real-life physical challenges faced by first responders during training and on the street. Dummy-carry, ladder climb, and wall repel are just some examples of what you can expect.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Anyone who’s up for the challenge! Our 5 race waves offer something for everyone, from casual to competitive. Sign up as an individual or as a team – groups of 4+ and 8+ receive special discounts. Youth aged 9-17 race for FREE if they fundraise $100, and the same goes for adults who fundraise over $175.

THE SCARBOROUGH HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

Situated in one of the most diverse communities in the world, The Scarborough Hospital Foundation raises funds for much needed upgrades at The Scarborough Hospital.

Each year, the hospital upgrades equipment due to wear and tear, technological improvements and new, innovative way to diagnose, treat and care for patients. 100% of equipment is paid for through community support. In the next year, TSHF will raise over $10 million for medial equipment and capital projects through events like this and generous support from our corporate partners.

By participating in Brave T.O., you’ll be doing your part to ensure the Scarborough community receives the health care they deserve. This event is in support of and organized by The Scarborough Hospital Foundation, with proceeds going towards the purchase of new medical equipment and building projects.
