On July 1st, menstruation products such as pads, tampons, menstrual cups, and sanitary belts (?!) will be GST free!

Canadian Menstruators demanded this discriminatory tax be removed and the Canadian government listened.

In honour of this win for people with their periods we are throwing a donation drive and party extravaganza.

Entry is free with a donation of a menstruation product or a suggested $5 donation. All proceeds raised will go to the following charities.

- 416 Community Support for Women

- Daily Bread Food Bank

- Native Women's Centre

Special guests include: Olivia Chow, the comedy duo The Crimson Wave, NDP candidate Jennifer Hollett, MP Andrew Cash, and City Councillor Mike Layton.
