Ryerson Women in Leadership (RWIL) and DECA U Ontario present their first-ever joint women speaker panel. This panel will give students the opportunity to learn and gain advice on how these extraordinary female business leaders from a variety of fields achieved their success.

This will be accomplished through a series of questions that demonstrate where these women began, how they got to where they are, and where they are hoping to go.
