In this competition celebrating young talent, music and film, six high-school bands perform their own scores of an original short film, kicking off the opening night of the TIFF Next Wave Film Festival.

The scoring will acccompany a TIFF Next Wave original short, HIGH SCORES HANG- created by Sam Hughes and Adam Bovoletis.

The event is juried by Justin Small composer of HURT and member of the band, Do Make Say Think, Chloe Rose actress Hellions, Degrassi and Pat Mills, Mike Macmillan and Alyson Richards the creative team behind Guidance and the upcoming feature, Don't Talk to Irene.
