BALLET BODY Bootcamp All Levels

Get long, lean and strong with this 60 min ballet-inspired workout! Structured similar to a ballet class complete with a warm-up, tendus, battements, along with traveling steps, cardio, strength and flexibility components.

Some classes may introduce props and equipment to enhance strength and flexibility (towels, tennis balls, bands, straps). Everything is done in the centre, and across the floor (no barre) for an added balance and core challenge!

No special shoes required, bare feet work best! Wear comfy clothes you can be free to move in (yoga pants and a tank top are great). Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Classes can be purchased ahead of time or at the door. Email transfer, Paypal or cash in person.

Previous and new participants welcome!! Some fitness, dance or yoga training recommended but beginners most certainly welcome!
