The authors are coming! On Saturday, April 29, Canadian authors will descend on Toronto as a part of the Authors for Indies (AFI) Road Show. The AFI Road Show – taking place at indie bookstores in communities in and around the Greater Toronto Area – is a part of the nationwide Authors for Indies Day.

The Road Show crew includes Canadian authors such as: Alanna Mitchell, signe langford, Moez Surani, Jessica Westhead, Sonja Greckol, Elizabeth Muir, Karen Krossing, Melanie Fishbane, Lesley Krueger, Carey Sookocheff, Mel Bradshaw, Cherie Dimaline, Scaachi Koul, Gregory Klages, Terri Favro, and Jennifer LoveGrove. The authors will travel in vehicles sponsored by publishers HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster and House of Anansi for a day of guest bookselling and celebrating independent bookstores.
