ing with Artistic and Creative Expression. This group will meet on the four=
th Wednesday of the month.=0A=0AThese sessions are experiential and might g=
et a little messy! =0A=0AThis presentation will combine movement, meditatio=
n,and playful guided experiential exercise to open, expand or focus creativ=
e awareness and limber the ability to express.=0A=0AThis evenings session w=
ill begin with a group gathering creating an intention for the creation of =
the evening. Playful creative expression will be fostered with movement, so=
und and freeing techniques. Artistic en devour will be pursued no previous =
experience required.=0A=0ASome of what has been shut down might open up, so=
me of that which has been quieted might have the volume turned up. Be warne=
