uary 30th and 31st, 2013.

The series provides an environment for collaboration and creativity to be s=
hared within the walls of YT with Chef Jeff Claudio and good friends he has=
 crossed paths with during his career abroad.

For our second edition of the series, our guest is Chef Tom Anglesea.

Tom began washing dishes in a local bistro in Durham, Northern England. Aft=
er completing school he realized his passion lived in the kitchen and moved=
 to London to work under Gordon Ramsay at Boxwood Cafe. =20

After 18 months at Boxwood Cafe, Tom expressed his desire to travel abroad =
and soon landed at Per Se in New York.  At Per Se, Tom met his friends Guy =
and Britanny Manning whom he kept close with over the years.

After Per Se, Tom made his way to Australia where he met Yours Truly Chef J=
eff Claudio at Rockpool in Sydney. Both Tom and Jeff went on to open Spice =
Temple under the Rockpool group and became good friends. =20

A year later, Tom and Jeff travelled throughout Europe together for 3 month=
s where Tom staged at The Fat Duck in Berkshire and Noma in Copenhagen. =20

During this time Guy and Brittany from Tom's time in New York, were expecti=
ng their first child and asked if Tom would come work at Red Lion Freehouse=
 for a month. Tom has been a part of the team ever since and this year Red =
Lion Freehouse received it's 1st Michelin star.
