Building on the generosity and support of commuters on the TTC in December =
2011, Toronto based international organisation, AC-AF is set to take TTC st=
ations throughout downtown Toronto raising awareness of HIV and AIDS for th=
is years World AIDS Day.   Having first taken to the TTC stations for last =
years World AIDS Day, AC-AF is hoping to recreate the success of last years=
 event with more volunteers over two days on hand to meet with the Toronto =
public.

Commuters in Toronto will have the opportunity to help achieve this differe=
nce.  AC-AF will be distributing red ribbons symbolizing the fight against =
HIV and AIDS for donations throughout Friday and Saturday.  All donations w=
ill directly benefit the programmes operated by AC-AF. This includes the in=
novative OVCSP being implemented in Tanzania that works with orphans direct=
ly impacted by AIDS and the global program u+me=3Dwe that educates and empo=
wers children and youth about HIV and AIDS, dispelling the myths and storie=
s that have been allowed to flourish for the last 30 years.

AC-AF can be found at the following stations where members of the public ca=
n donate to receive their red ribbon and talk to the team:

Friday - Bloor, Wellesley, St. Andrew, Osgoode, King
Saturday - Bloor, Wellesley, Dundas, Queen, Yorkdale
