nd Rings (a.k.a John O) has just announced a full Canadian tour in support =
of the record.  Diamond Rings is currently on the road supporting Stars in =
the US, after kicking off the tour together last night at Pop Montreal.  Th=
e bands have engaged in a remix swap as a way to ignite their tour together=
, both of which premiered earlier this week on RCRDLBL. As previously annou=
nced, Diamond Rings will be appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman=
 on October 26th as his US headlining dates get underway, before returning =
to Canada in November (full list of dates below). =0A=0AAs evidenced by the=
 reviews of his intimate showcase in Toronto last month, his upcoming tour =
is sure to not disappoint. Armed with a collection of 10 new songs, and now=
 backed by a full band (including Graham Van Pelt=E2=80=94aka Secret City l=
abel-mate Miracle Fortress), Diamond Rings is more than ready to road-test =
Free Dimensional. The new tracks retain the melodicism, clever juxtapositio=
ns, and lyrical honesty that garnered kudos for his 2010 debut effort Speci=
al Affections, while taking the production and technical side of things to =
the next level. "I wanted the first album to have that homespun quality," J=
ohn O explains. "Once I became more comfortable with the medium of electron=
