 Together Pauline is a new herstorical drama about opera singer Pauline Gar=
cia Viardot (1821-1910): a charismatic personality and performer who was ar=
guably the foundation for the modern artist and career woman. Author and fe=
minist George Sand saw in her the ideal artist: a priestess with a divine m=
ission to be a conduit for Truth and Beauty. Novelist Ivan Turgenev saw in =
her his muse, and spent his life being inspired by her, following her and h=
er husband throughout Europe. With Turgenev=E2=80=99s help, Pauline became =
a one-woman publicity machine for Russian literature and music, paving the =
way for such influential artists as Chekhov and Tchaikovsky. Featuring Geni=
e Award and Actra Award nominee Elva Mai Hoover and Kristen Zaza, sharing t=
he title role, Piecing Together Pauline reveals the impact of this extraord=

on of Cyrano de Bergerac (2004). Chris was also the producer and co-writer =
of the Shakespeare=E2=80=99s Sports Canon series of plays (2001-2005) and R=
oxanne successfully produced and performed in the critically acclaimed Lear=
=E2=80=99s Daughters (2000) and Cloud Tectonics (2002).
