On Monday July 6, at 7:00 pm at the Bloor Street Cinema, Trinity-Spadina MP=
 Olivia Chow will be hosting a free screening, followed by a discussion fea=
turing three panellists.

H2Oil (http://www.h2oildoc.com) which premiered at this year=E2=80=99s Hot =
Docs film festival with two sold out shows is the second in our Oil Sands s=
eries and offers deeper insight into the plight of those dealing with the c=
onsequences of tar sands development.  The documentary follows a voyage of =
discovery, heartbreak and politicization in the stories of those attempting=
 to defend water in Alberta against tar sands expansion.

Panellists:
Shannon Walsh =E2=80=93 Writer and Director of H2Oil. Her short fiction and=
 documentary films have screened around the world from Bangkok to Rio de Ja=
neiro.=20

Clayton Thomas-Muller =E2=80=93 The Indigenous Environmental Network is an =
activist for Indigenous rights and environmental justice.

David Booz =E2=80=93 Harbord Village Residents Association will discuss the=
 HERO Project (Home Energy Retrofit Opportunity), which is a program run by=
 the HVRA aimed at collectively decreasing energy consumption and GHG emiss=
ions within the local community.=20
