Amy Lee Lavoie is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada. Rabb=
it Rabbit, conceived in her first year at NTS, was part of Infinitheatre=E2=
=80=99s Pipeline series, CanStage=E2=80=99s Ideas and Creation Festival, Su=
mmerWorks and the Edmonton Fringe. It received its premiere production with=
 Infinitheatre, earning Amy Lee two MECCA=E2=80=99s for Best Text and the R=
evelation Award. She was a Canada Council Playwright-in-Residence at Factor=
y Theatre during 2011/12, a member of Factory=E2=80=99s Natural Resources c=
reation group, a member of the Playwriting Forum at Citadel Theatre and a m=
ember of Cahoots Theatre=E2=80=99s Playwrights=E2=80=99 Hothouse.
