que instrumentation that is rarely heard but full of musical potential. Cha=
rlotte Mundy, soprano, and Chelsea Shanoff, saxophone, have each performed =
in the Music Gallery=E2=80=99s Emergents concert series for promising emerg=
ing artists, and have individually commissioned and performed dozens of new=
 works in Toronto, New York City, and Arizona, often to capacity crowds. Th=
eir first concert as a duo will feature four world premieres by promising y=
oung Toronto composers, as well two Canadian premieres by acclaimed interna=
tional composers. Alchemy Duo=E2=80=99s main objective is to contribute to =
Toronto=E2=80=99s musical community by performing excellent, rarely-heard m=
usic and commissioning emerging Toronto-based composers.
