ng a security planting for Kibbutz Nir Oz in the Negev Desert. Nir Oz is a =
Kibbutz community, with 350 residents, bordering Gaza that is exposed to fr=
equent missile and artillery attacks. As a safety mechanism, JNF is plantin=
g trees surrounding the area to act as green buffers to protect the communi=
ty members and its visitors.
