Yoga Basics 4-Week Program
This program also includes THREE complimentary Vinyasa Yoga passes to enjoy while you are enrolled in the Yoga Basics course.
If you're curious about yoga but not sure where to start, this is the class for you! If you're already practicing yoga, this program is a great way to build your knowledge and confidence.
Over 4 weeks, you'll learn the key things to know when you head into a yoga class:
How to use props
(and what it means when your teacher says "namaste")
Each week, participants will be led through a workshop-style yoga class with access to complimentary mats and props. The class is limited in size which provides each student the time and space for individual attention. Handy yoga education sheets will be provided at the end of each class to assist with home practice or to simply brush up before heading into a public class.
Anyone is welcome to attend and there are no requirements - as Sri K. Pattabhi Jois said: "Practice practice, and all is coming".
The Yoga Basics program is led by instructor Erin Wilbur.
